Robert Forchheimer
Chairman
Robert Forchheimer is professor emeritus at Linköping University. His main research field is digital image processing and communication but lately he has been increasingly engaged in organic bioelectronics. Robert has a broad experience when it comes to bringing academic research to commercialization. He has been involved in the birth of several spin-off companies and has more than 35 years of board experience.
Lisa Waszkiewicz

Lisa is Head of HR for Siemens Energy Sweden and holds a Master of Science in Economics and Marketing from Linköping University and Hochschule Reutlingen in Germany. She has a broad background from various roles and companies, with core experience in quality, environment, and health and safety.
Samuel Svensson
Board Member
Samuel (PhD, Adjunct Professor of Pharmacology and Chemistry at Linköping University) is a serial entrepreneur with many years of experience in the Life Science industry. He has a strong background in both academic research and innovation-driven business development.
Johanna Lövborg
Board member
Johanna holds a position as Nordic Director Marketing, Medical and Market Access at medac Nordics where she is also part of the Nordic management team. Her 22 years in the pharmaceutical industry has given her a broad experience from different companies (LEO Pharma, Wyeth, Pfizer), functions and therapeutic areas including the successful Scandinavian launch of Gliolan, a visualization tool during surgery for malignant glioma (WHO grade III and IV). With a Master of Science in Pharmacy and roles like Responsible Person GDP, responsible for pharmacovigilance, sales and marketing, medical management, evaluation of potential in-licensing/development of products, approval of scientific and marketing material and during many years being a team leader with direct reports she can bring many different angles of the pharmaceutical industry.
David Wallsten
Board member
David Wallsten is an entrepreneur and advisor with experience in leadership roles across global software and technology companies. In addition to his hands-on involvement in founding and building his own ventures, David extends his expertise as an advisor and coach to Scandinavian startups and scale-ups. He also contributes to the tech ecosystem as an active angel investor.
Björn Persson
Board member
Björn brings over two decades of experience in venture capital, private equity and strategic leadership, with a strong focus on early-stage technology and research-driven ventures. He has held senior roles in both investment and operational capacities, including Head of Finance & Business Operations at LRF and multiple chair and board positions in publicly listed and privately held companies. His experience spans IPO processes, M&A, growth strategy, and portfolio value creation across deep-tech, life science, SaaS, and industrial technology sectors. Björn holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Linköping University.
Lars Birgerson
Board member
Lars has over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and most recently served as president and chief medical officer of Adlai Nortye Biopharma. Prior to this, he led global medical and late-stage development organizations at Pharmacia, Genentech, Roche, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Originally from Sweden, he has been based in the U.S. since 1994. Dr. Birgerson has served on the boards of several public and private companies as well as non-profit research organizations. He holds an M.D. and Ph.D. from Uppsala University, where he also completed his residency and practiced as an academic clinician.
Tomas Larson

Tomas has a 35-year background as an entrepreneur and businessman, spanning several industries, with the past 25 years primarily in Life Science. He began his career in sales and later run a family business in the chemical industry for several years. He also has long-standing experience as a board member, chairman, CEO, and partner in several companies across various sectors. He was a highly regarded and well-appreciated business coach at the LEAD business incubator for nearly 18 years, after which he now devotes his time and expertise more or less to Celluminova.
